By raising awareness and educating women and the next generation of girls about the vast opportunities in STEM, we we strive to guide and inspire those facing patriarchal barriers. Our mission is to foster an inclusive and supportive environment where women can excel in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, achieving excellence in their chosen fields.

This persistent gender gap in STEM is deeply rooted in historical and cultural contexts, including Confucianism and stereotypical social norms.
